Ask about vintage Gucci and you'll hear the same few names — the Jackie, the Bamboo, the icons with waiting lists. But the archives of the '80s and '90s are full of pieces almost nobody remembers: web-striped crossbodies, suede vanity cases, ring-handled two-ways. Bags that were made beautifully, carried gently, and then simply forgotten.
These are the bags I love most. They cost a fraction of anything new. They were built by hands, not machines chasing a quarterly margin. And no one else at the table will be carrying one.
Finding them, bringing them back to life, and matching them with someone who'll adore them — that's not a business model. That's the whole point.

My love of handbags started as a Brooklyn teen, falling hard for craftsmanship — the touch, the feel, the smell of leather, the way great hardware sits in your hand. That obsession became a dream role in strategic marketing and market research at Coach, where I learned to read a bag like a book: leather, lining, hardware, stitching, and how it all works for real life.
After a many-year hiatus raising my husband's clones (a.k.a. our kids), I'm back. I hand-select every bag for character and longevity, choosing only pieces I'd be proud to carry myself. Pricing is transparent, sourcing is thoughtful, and I'm here for your questions from first click to final delivery.
I believe every handbag tells a story — some are so unique they practically narrate themselves. Those are my favorites. My own collection is a photo album: I can tell you where I was, who I was with, even which glass held my champagne. Silly? Maybe. True? Absolutely.
When I'm not treasure-hunting, I'm restoring vintage pieces, crafting gnomes and jewelry, and cuddling two miniature dachshunds.
